It is a bit easier to follow and search if you include the description of the problem in the topic. AFAIU there’s a qv2ray snap, which has trouble setting gnome proxy settings, is this correct?
Can you attach the journal logs from the time you start the qv2ray application and it tries to access the proxy settings?
Can you run gsettings list-recursively org.gnome.system.proxy? Does it match what you have set?
