Need to transfer a snap to a different publisher

I accidentally logged in under my personal account and created a snap that needs to be under the organization snap. Can you transfer ‘faa-cifp-data’ (https://snapcraft.io/faa-cifp-data/) from John Nicol to the Makerplane snap account? You will note that the email domain is the same for both accounts. Thanks in advance.
