MPV --beta crash on drag and drop

Just installed a fresh version of KDE Neon.

Installed MPV beta snap.

ISSUE: Dragging a video file to play it simply results in MPV dying.

Removed the MPV snap and installed via ‘Discovery’ GUI.
Works perfectly now.

Just in case this helps, some system info

Host: iMac

Kernel: 4.15.0-38-generic x86_64 bits: 64

Desktop: KDE Plasma 5.14.3

Distro: KDE neon User Edition 5.14

Graphics: Radeon HD 6730M/6770M/7690M XT

Display Server: x11 (X.Org 1.19.6 ) drivers: modesetting,ati,radeon (unloaded: fbdev,vesa)

SOLVED ! I need to connect external media

$ sudo snap connect mpv:removable-media

Not obvious to be honest but I believe canonical are working on improving this for future snap versions.
