The list of supported interfaces indicates which interfaces are automatically connected, and which aren’t. Some are restricted. The store will disallow publishing of snaps which use interfaces which are restricted.
If you require those interfaces, detail why here in this category and the security team will review it.
I had time to read the docs in the meantime. Totally reasonable to have a procedure like this. I’ll care about at some point in time.
