Is there a way I can stop IntelliJ Ultimate 2019.3 from updating?

I DO NOT want to update IDE regularly. Is there certain command to hold this? Or do I have to install JetBrains Toolbox app to do this?

You can defer and hold updates as per the documentation.

If I use the link information, I will have to hold update for all snaps.
I only want to hold update for 1 app. Is it not possible?
