I am currently snapping a scanner application and noticed that there’s no interface for confined snaps to access the hardware, anyone has info about it?
do the USB-related interfaces help at all? Try raw-usb. Though it’ld be nice to have a specific interface for scanners…
There is USB hotplug in the works, that should help once it is done (not sure where that stands though) …
raw-usb does work with this particular scanner application uses libusb to communicate with the scanner.
