I could not use snaps installed in my machine

Hello,

here is my machine info and I am using ubuntu 22 snap 2.59.2 snapd 2.59.2 series 16 ubuntu 22.04 kernel 5.19.0-41-generic

When I install a snap package, I could able to run it from my current user. It throws the below error. cannot create user data directory: /home/local/ZOHOCORP/jaya-13600/snap/hello-world/29: Permission denied

I can able to run this same application when I logged in as sudo su.

Kindly share me how to analyse this issue and resolve this.
