A few users have left a note in snap store reviews for the CMake snap that it failed to start. No details about the system they were running on, just “failed to start” or “Couldn’t open CMake”. That’s not enough to be able to investigate the problems, but I can’t see how to ask for more information. How/where can I respond to these user reviews?
The reviews are stored in ODRS and don’t currently have a mechanism to respond to them.
