How to connect git:repo with snapname

Hello, if there’s a registered snapname on my /snaps page, is it possible to connect that snapname with a git repo? I stuck with it and cannot find any button except “Publish to this name” which leads to documentation about general uploading. Maybe git:repo can be connected via command line using snapcraft tool, or not? Any hints will be appreciated, sorry for this maybe obvious question about web-interface.

Go to the build option. The login with your github account there. And then, you’ll find your repo there.

cannot find any button except “Publish to this name”

Go to the build option

There’s nothing except of “Publish to this name”.
Clicking on that snapname itself ending in “404: Aw, snap! We couldn’t find that page”

If it’s not registered yet, I cannot get why it’s displayed on the page, so it’s a bit confusing

Can you share a screenshot of the page

https://snapcraft.io/snaps

snapname ‘fmtr’

@alexmurray seems to be a glitch in the store. Please look into this.

Did you try cleaning cookies and cache of the browser and then a retry ? It may also be a temporary network issue.

You can visit https://snapcraft.io/<snap_name>/builds for example: https://snapcraft.io/fmtr/builds - I hope this helps.

You can also click the name of the snap which takes you to the “Listing” edit page, from there you can click on the “Builds” tab to set up Github.

We are indeed missing a link to this page from the main list, we’ll add it! Thanks for the feedback :).

did, just in case even tried it in three different browsers, nothing changed

You can visit https://snapcraft.io/<snap_name>/builds for example: https://snapcraft.io/fmtr/builds 1 - I hope this helps.

So far both of them take me to 404: Aw, snap! We couldn't find that page,
Okay, I’ll try it later again

Hi

I think the issue is that the publisher was seeing fmtr listed under “Registered names” as in the screenshot. But fmtr wasn’t a registered snap name yet. Name registration for it was requested and has been granted just now.

It was registered, but not approved (“not approved” state is not displayed on /snaps page). Now it has been resolved by approving. Thank you all.
