How can I find out who has reserved a particular snap name to request they release it for use?

Ask store admins, and they will likely not tell you who has it, but can contact the person on your behalf, I believe. Which snap?

I’ve written a program to sort/ deduplicate a list of ip addresses. I call it ipsort.

If you try to register the snap, https://snapcraft.io/register-snap, you will get a notice about the name being reserved with a link on how to claim/request a reserved name.
After clicking in that link, you will be presented with the following page:
Please fill out the comment section with the rationale for claiming the reserved name and the store admins will reply back.

I’ve followed the instructions. Please could you confirm that the form was submitted? I’m not convinced it was.

Indeed, it doesn’t seem to have been submitted. @Lukewh @steverydz could you take a look? could be a storefront issue?
You can use the old dashboard form in the meantime, similar process but @ https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/register-snap

Yes please, and could you share a screenshot of where it reverted to? It should have been a page which says: " Thank you for requesting the name ipsort"
It worked this time.
Previously, I think it reverted to the seconds screenshot in verterok’s post How to acquire a reserved name? - #6 by verterok
