The barrier-kvm snap has a permissions issue. See:

The code maintainer is not the snap maintainer, and in fact doesn’t know who is. In the GitHub issue they ask:
Do you know if there’s a way to report a bug against the snap? I personally don’t know who maintains it.
On the Apple app store and the VS Code Marketplace there is a link to the package publisher, but there doesn’t appear to be anything like that in the Snapcraft Store…
