How Do I Install Plugins with acrordrdc

I installed the acrordrdc snap but I can’t figure out how to install a plugin, such as FileOpenInstaller, after the fact. I need this plugin to get access to documents that have DRM restrictions.

Has anyone been able to do this (or other plugins for Acrobat Reader)? If so, please offer a solution.

snap use pre-app homedirs, usually located in ~/snap/acrordrdc/current/ … try the usual way for installing said plugins, but use that location as the home dir …
