Global Auto Connect Request for ffmpeg-2204

We’re soon going to use the ffmpeg-2204 for enabling the QtMultimedia plugin of ffmpeg for users. So, this would need to autoconnect. Already a handful number of snaps, specifically gnome ones, uses this. I think we’re ready for a global autoconnection.

Requesting the review team to look into this,
