don’t know about this particular application, but IMO there should certainly be a more options to select from in ‘Report this snap’ functionality. There is a lot of non-working abandonware in the store, without any links to bug tracker (but I would bet money that any bug report in those apps would not be acted upon anyway) relevant topic Removal out of date snaps?
