Yes. devmode basically disables almost all security related precautions.

well, I’m not the expert when it comes to flutter. But I believe this is not related with flutter snap which is used to build the application.

Having a look at the following line 28. I believe, quick_usb plugin hard codes the path of the library.
Maybe, it could worth to forking this repo and tweaking with this path configuration.
