Flightgear 2020.3 package is out of date see https://wiki.flightgear.org/Changelog_2020.3 . Store page is 2020.3.2 LTS. LTS has regular point releases. These add features as well as fix bugs. There are quite a few new features added since 2020.3.2 including some large ones like buildings and cities for the whole planet.
(Flightgear is one of the big FOSS projects - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FlightGear , and probably should be tracked closer as the snapcraft store is something that came up in the 1st page of results on google for me.)
