Fix the forum mailserver

The mailserver sending forum notifications is identifying itself in helo commands with an internal DNS name which cannot be resolved from the outside, thus emails are rejected by any other sensibly configured mailserver.

Tthe discourse config has been modified to use an internal smtp relay instead of sending directly. Hopefully that resolves the issue. Thanks again for reporting it.
