Fedora 28 and Chromium snap with wrong font? How to fix?

Fedora 28 clean
sudo snap install chromium

font_example
font_example1189×1280 124 KB

Any suggestion on why this happens? Any way to change the font?

There was another thread where someone saw it on debian 9 (others didnt on the same distro though, it seems to be very intermittent)
