Error status in `snap changes` after week or 2 of uptime

Hi. It seems like every time my system’s been up for a week or 2, when I run snap changes everything has status “Error”. For example, here’s what I see now:

 snap changes
ID Status Spawn Ready Summary
798 Error today at 05:53 EDT today at 05:53 EDT Auto-refresh snap "chromium"
799 Error today at 08:07 EDT today at 08:08 EDT Auto-refresh snap "chromium"
800 Error today at 15:07 EDT today at 15:08 EDT Auto-refresh snap "chromium"

Once one package reports an error, they all will until the next time I reboot. Could someone give me some tips on how to debug this?

Thanks.

Walt
