This error ocurred when I try to find any package with snap.

snapd should return a better error message here and tell you that you need to provide a search term as argument to the “snap find” command … you should file a bug about it at:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/snapd/+filebug

(ps: i have moved this post to the snapd category, snap-requests is to ask for new software to be packaged as a snap)

Issusing snap find without any arguments is supposed to show the featured snaps. Turns out there were some problems accessing snap store on Friday, hence the error log. Though I agree the error message is rather raw and there is definitely room for improvement.
