Not likely as Gtk application snaps are only shipped with a Gtk runtime but not a Qt one.

I dont understand why there is no standard file chooser on Linux desktop, like on windows you will always get windows file chooser (might be part of windows explorer) no matter what toolkit is being used to write applications.
