I just wanted to mention that the documentation on channels has been updated with details about tracks and branches (thanks to David Callé).
We also published a couple of blog articles with a more “narrative” approach at channels, branches and tracks, which may be a good starting point to understand how these features work and fit together and how they allow controlling distribution of snaps. Part 1 is here, while Part 2 is here.
