Hi All,
I tried to publish a new release of cw-sh but the process failed.
If I look at the revision error:
"cw-sh does not exist lint-snap-v2_command (cw-sh) "
cw-sh exists, this is not the first release:
Can you help me understand what’s happening and how to fix it?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Luca
Hi,
The review has been unable to find the executable that you named in your yaml’s apps.cw-sh.command:
entry. Double-check that the command entry points to the correct executable. It might help to make the path a full relative location from the root of your snap, e.g. bin/cw-sh
or usr/bin/cw-sh
.
Hi @lucyllewy,
Thank you for your help.
Is the path you are referring to the one inside the snap or what will be linked after installation?
Regards,
Luca
Hi,
The path is inside your snap when you view your snap. For example, when you install your snap and look through /snap/cw-sh/current/
the path you want is relative to that folder, so if your executable is visible at /snap/cw-sh/current/usr/bin/cw-sh
then the path for command
should be usr/bin/cw-sh
without any leading /
.
Hi,
Thanks for the help!
I’ve now been able to figure out the problem.

Luca
