Create tracks for secret-tool

Hey folks,

The idea for the secret-tool snap is just to stage the libsecret-toolsdebian package and expose thesecret-tool` command. I would like to request the creation of one track per snap base (i.e. 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26).

This is the first time I request the creation of tracks, so please let me know if there is any naming convention for track names in this case.
