Create new track for "NEST Desktop"

Hello snap store!

We would like to request to create a new track “3.3” for previous version of NEST Desktop which is on the revision 53 in the stable channel.

Last month we released 4.x of the app. However, it might be buggy and I assume that some user like to stay at v3 generation.
