Create 2.0.x channel for fwupd

Upstream fwupd has branched a 2.0.x series in preparation of riskier changes for the 2.1.0 release. We need a snap track made for 2.0.x so that we can publish the 2.0.x edge and candidate snaps from CI.

This request has not been added to the review queue. It should be placed in the appropriate store-requests subcategory using the subcategory template for classic-confinement, privileged-interfaces and aliases requests.

Itā€™s none of those things though. Thatā€™s why I didnā€™t put it in a category. Can someone please review it anyway?

FWIW I donā€™t have an edit symbol. Maybe itā€™s own permissioned users. Anyway, thanks for doing that! Will get it right next time at the start when I open one.
