Is there any updates on when qmake plugin will be available for core22 and is there any way i can use qmake in core22 ??

It looks like the qmake plugin used for core20 snaps was not ported over to the craft-parts project. I suspect this was an oversight rather than an intentional decision to drop it.
For what it is worth, it’d probably be a fairly easy first pull request for someone with a little Python knowledge to take on. Take a look at how the cmake or meson plugins have changed as a reference to what needs to change.
