Core snap release in candidate

We have an updated core snap in the candidate channel. This update contains only security and stability fixes, no changes to snapd itself.

You can refresh to it with:

$ sudo snap refresh --candidate core

We plan to make it available on stable very soon, it got the usual careful QA testing.

Well, the core snap version 16-2.30 rev 3887 (pc-amd64) has been promoted to stable channel.

No issues found during the smoke test.
