Certbot not auto-renewing: permanently dropping privs did not work

I ran this command: sudo certbot --apache (sudo certbot renew --dry-run produces the same output)

It produced this output: permanently dropping privs did not work: File exists

My web server is (include version): Apache

The operating system my web server runs: Debian 11

I have tried reinstalling snap and certbot but it doesn’t help. Anyone know how I can fix this? I need to renew my cert soon…

I have same problem with command sudo certbot --nginx I have try to install with diferent way :

  • sudo account
  • root account

But no way is OK

Someone can help us ?
