Cannot install snaps with --classic on manjaro

Any time there is a snap with --classic in the command I get this.

> sudo snap install --classic heroku
> error: cannot install "heroku": classic confinement requires snaps under /snap
>        or symlink from /snap to /var/lib/snapd/snap
