The Thincast team have pushed their Remote Desktop Client to the stable channel in the snap store.
Thincast Client turns your computer into a fully featured Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) Client, making it easy to connect remotely to your company’s infrastructure.
Using the Remote Desktop (RD) WebAccess Client you gain easy access to and control of published virtual machines (with Thincast Workstation), desktop sessions and applications.
As of today, we are the main contributor to the FreeRDP project.
How to install
sudo snap install thincast-client
How to run
Start the application from the command line:
snap run thincast-client
or
/snap/bin/thincast-client
Or use the menu entry if your desktop environment has one.

We’re looking for as wide a pool of testing as possible!
We have tested a lot of remote desktop sessions with hardware drawing on modern Linux systems, but we’d love to hear your feedback from using this build of Thincast Remote Desktop Client.
