The Miriway snap has been updated to use Miriway 24.11 and Mir 2.19
The major changes are:
- support for xdg-activation-v1 (so opening links can activate the target app)
- some portals support (enough for screen sharing)
These changes are currently available on the candidate channel
snap install --dangerous --candidate miriway
Unless problems are reported I will promote to stable in a couple of days
Would Lomiri be using Miriway?

No, Lomiri is another compositor based on Mir. There are several, the ones I am aware of are listed here:
