Heroku has moved their snap from strict to classic confinement to get heroku local working again. I’d appreciate if you can lend a hand testing stable so the Heroku team has further confidence to advertise it.
$ snap install --classic heroku
It’s pinned to Node 7.x because of an issue running snapcraft as root.
