We have updated ffmpeg-sdk to core24. The sdk is ffmpeg-2404-sdk and content snap is ffmpeg-2404.

There is a significant change in this release, ffmpeg needs vulkan >= 1.3.277 which is not in the Ubuntu Repos and is served in the mesa-2404 graphics stack. So, we’re providing our own vulkan = 1.3.281. We need to know, if any regression or bug is faced due to this. So, we would need the help from the communtiy. If anyone facing any problems or issues regarding implementing or during runtime, please post under this thread. Thank You
