Building kernel snap using multipass

Hi,

If I try and build a kernel snap, snapcraft seems to default to destructive-mode and not use multipass. My guess is because there us now base defined, and snapcraft won’t allow you to specify one [ as it;s not valid for a kernel snap ].

Is there any neat way to use multipass in this instances ? Or am I just going to have to maintain the virtual instances myself and mount stuff in if that’s what I want to do ?
