Build.snapcraft.io is only building for armhf

When building, Either via a commit or manully it only builds for armhf.

The build farm behind build.snapcraft.io is backed up on the queue of amd64, (and i386) builds. Please be patient - it seems that only armhf is building because there is no queue for that architecture.

The banner on build.snapcraft.io attempts to highlight this temporary partial outage.

Thanks, i was aware of this issue but i didn’t really think that the buildfarms queues would be full!.
