Build and install Custom Kernel 6.8 on Ubuntu Core 22 with base core22

The goal is to build Custom Kernel 6.8 version on Ubuntu core 22. I understand that kernel 6.8 is not officially supported on ubuntu core 22, and I’m looking to build and package the kernel as a snap using snapcraft for 6.8. I also build the snap and installed but while rebooting, I noticed that it stops at boot log.

It stops at the log states that: A start job is running for the Ubuntu Core chooser trigger (–mins --s/no limit)

Also we can access the terminal with the same IP Address which we have used before.
