I was downloading intellij-Idea IDE using snap command and then all of sudden I realized that my mobile data is about to end so I had to switch the network; at this point snap downloaded about 90% of 750MB, but when I switched the network snap just stopped downloading (connecting to new network took some time) so I ended up with downloading the package again.
If this is the case then I prefer to use the APT over the snap as this seems to be very basic functionality.
