Hi @Kyuyrii!
The request makes perfect sense to me. So, +1 (#voteFor) for auto-connecting joystick
slot to snap unleashedrecomp
!
Pinging other @reviewers. What do you think?
Hey @Kyuyrii
joystick
interface should be expected for a game. My only concern is about possible intellectual property implications and whether this content fits the purpose of the store. @holly could you please provide some insights on this?
UnleashedRecomp is a way to play Sonic Unleashed on PC, but it doesn’t contain the game files. The user must own a copy of the game to use it, as is the case with Sonic 3: A.I.R.
I used a fan-made icon for the Snap version, instead of using an official image of the game. So far, I haven’t posted any images on the Snap page that show what the game looks like.
I don’t know if it’s a mistake that the Snaps I’m about to mention are still on Snapcraft, but I found other Sonic fan games, Snaps sonic-exe and sonic3d.
Speaking of Sonic 3 AIR, I opened a request for a joystick
plug for it as well.
But it seems the bot didn’t put me in the queue.
It’s usually quick, but this time it doesn’t seem to have detected my post, so I’m quoting it here: Automatic joystick connection request for sonic3air
