As an emulator, auto-connect of joystick seems entirely unsurprising and expected from a user’s point-of-view. As such, +1 (#voteFor) from me.
Hello @Kyuyrii!
I agree with Alex, this is an easy +1(#voteFor) for auto-connecting the joystick interface for the ares-emulator snap.
As for hardware-observe, do you have any insight as to what hardware-observe related denial is causing this crash?
Honestly, I don’t know exactly what was causing the crash, but for some reason it’s not happening anymore.
So I suppose you can ignore the hardware-observe request.
Hi @Kyuyrii!
+1(#voteFor) for auto-connecting the joystick interface. However, as you already know, there’s an ongoing internal discussion regarding all joystick-related requests. Once it’s resolved, we’ll update all related requests.
Thanks for the patience ![]()
