The desktop-launch interface was created to allow desktop shells and app store snaps to launch other applications. We now have support for app launching in the new snap-store so would like to request autoconnect of desktop-launch in snap-store.

+1 from me - this is the purpose of the desktop-launch interface. Plus the publisher is already vetting

I noticed that the version changed back to 0.2.9-alpha. Is this right?
Yeah, it’s actually a rewrite from scratch in flutter. The old snap-store is a fork of gnome-software.
