Autoconnect request for gnome-3-38-2004

The Ubuntu Desktop team has created the gnome-3-38-2004 snap which provides supported libraries needed for GNOME 3.38 apps on 20.04 via a content interface. This snap is the supported means for building GNOME 3.38 snaps on a core20 base, just like gnome-3-34-1804 was for 3.34. We would like a snap declaration to auto-connect this interface.

I would also like to request transfer of this snap to Canonical.

This follows all the agreements from past snaps and I’ve granted the snap declaration. The store team needs to still perform the transfer.
