I am requesting auto connection permission for hidraw and joystick

m64p is an N64 emulator, and it needs to access game controllers. hidraw is used for Raphnet Adapters which allow connecting a real N64 controller to a PC.

+1 for joystick as m64p is a games console emulator so this is core functionality.

Can you please provide more details regarding how this snap is using hidraw? In general, hidraw requires a gadget snap to define appropriate slots for a consumer snap to connect to and so can only be used on Ubuntu Core devices - do you have a particular gadget snap in mind and use-case to support this?
