Auto-connect system-observe in Multipass

Hi there,

We would like to request auto-connection of the system-observe interface in Multipass, in order to fix an issue where the wrong host release was reported. As previously discussed, the new approach bypasses Qt and reads from /var/lib/snapd/hostfs/{etc,usr/lib}/os-release directly. Here’s the corresponding pull request.
