request-type: auto-connection

reasoning: The application’s sole purpose is to display video feeds from camera hardware. Without this interface auto-connected, the app presents a blank screen on first launch, causing significant friction for users who expect “out-of-the-box” functionality for a dedicated camera utility.

Hello @rladstaetter,
This is an easy +1 (#voteFor) from me for allowing auto-connection of the camera interface for the simple-camera-app snap. I fully agree with the publisher here that camera access would be expected by the user at install given the snap’s advertised functionality, so auto-connection is reasonable.
Hey folks,
I agree with @elisehdy reasoning. +1 from me (#voteFor) too.
+2 for, 0 against granting simple-camera-app auto-connection to the camera interface. This is now live.
