Apps not opening

Hi i am not sure if it is snapd or something else but if i wanna run the snap store this comes. Btw i also checked if its on the PATH.

Can anyone help me?

I am using kali linux.

ok i think i ran into this before

i think if you just shut down your linux system (make sure to save everything) then your computer, then power it back on, it should work then (snapd needs to shut down to correctly install all the snapd parts)
