Given that the vt package is present in the latest releases, I’m also a bit concerned about a potential conflict.

Additionally, we generally avoid using aliases shorter than four characters. So overall, I don’t think this would be a suitable alias candidate (#voteAgainst).

Whilst you might be right and vt command does not necessarily meet the definition of “well-known Linux application”, in this case I think I’m with @cav and @yomonokio given that vt is currently in the archive and we are trying to be more strict with 2-3 letter aliases . (#voteAgainst)
