Alias request for rustup

Hi,

rustup has added a new proxy (what it calls aliases) - rust-analyzer (currently only available in the edge channel).

This is part of the effort to slowly migrate from the rls to the new rust-analyzer language service. rust-analyzer is now distributed in the nightly Rust channel.

As such, just like with the cargo and rustc etc. aliases, rust-analyzer is needed in order that things like vscode will know how to find it.

+1 from me - there is no known conflicts for this name and this is expected for the rust ecosystem.
