Alias request for rfcat

Hi,

I am requesting an alias for rfcat for: https://snapcraft.io/rfcat-phocean

I contacted upstream and he is fine with an unofficial snap (he is not going to take care of it).

+1 for the alias. @reviewers - can others vote (note, the requestor also requested Aliases for Volatility and is aware of the namespacing).

+1 from me, same rationale as volatility - unfortunate to see these published as personal snaps as we know that pattern to be a bit awkward but it’s not a good basis for denying the alias.
