Add autoconnect interfaces to MicroK8s

Hey all!

We need to get log-observe and login-session-observe autoconnect added to MicroK8s’ latest/edge/strict branch.

log-observe is needed for microk8s.inspect in order to gather system logs. login-session-observe is needed to get system uptime for inspect and also to judge when container cleanups are necessary.

+1 from me too since these are core functions for microk8s. I have proceeded to grant this pro-actively but if other reviewers object we can always revert. This is now live.
